Ferrofluidic Sealing Unit

The design of sealing unit provides electron beam shielding from its deviation due to the influence of the seal’s magnetic fields.

- Seal height: 50 mm (compact design)

- Operating temperature: up to +50°C
- Rotary speed: up to 60 rpm
